Pretty Floral Switch Plate Covers

I have some fun new switch plate covers to share! I take regular plain switch plates and turn them into stylish decorator switch plates. They add an extra special touch to your home decor. I make mine mostly with scrapbook paper and decoupage medium. Occasionally I paint, collage or embellish them too.

This is most popular switch plate size for one switch. They are decoupaged with pretty scrapbook papers, perfect for Spring!

I also make them in the larger size for two switches. This photo also shows how them come packaged with some tips for care and installation. I added some colored chalk to the bird paper on the left. Outlet covers, other switch plate styles and paper selections are available upon request. Thanks for stopping by today!

Cat Scrapbooking Layouts

Today I have a few scrapbooking pages I made. Since I don't have kids, I end up scrapbooking my pets a lot. These pages are of my cats Cosmo and Rugby. I take lots of pictures of them; Rugby doesn't mind, but Cosmo gets really annoyed by it. Some of the photos are so cute that they just have to be scrapbooked. I have been making 8x8" size pages lately, because they are so quick to make. For these pages I used a sticker title or printed quotes which you can buy or just print yourself.

Stickers by PSX Designs, vellum quote by Marcella by K

I love it when cats cover their eyes with their adorable! I found this great quote in a vellum cat quote book. I tore the edges of it and used vellum tape to adhere.

Paper & tag (Unknown) , large tag by Paperbilities,  foam alphabet stickers by Dollar Tree

Isn't my Rugby the cutest! He has done this multiple times; I'm not sure if he's hiding or what. This large tag was a perfect fit for the 8 inch page. I made the scallop border using a stencil and a scissor.

Paper and quote by Flair Designs, Alphabet stamps by Autumn Leaves

This is one of my favorite cat quotes! The quote reads: "Thousands of years ago cats were worshipped as gods. Cat's have never forgotten this." It is so fitting for cats, especially for my kitty Cosmo. The name was stamped on patterned paper and cut out with a craft knife.
