Baked Applesauce with Cinnamon and Vanilla

You can find the best recipes on Allrecipes.com. I love that site because you can read the reviews and get tips on making it. You can also save your favorite recipes in your recipe box on their site. I was looking for an easy recipe to make with my leftover apples. I was given a bunch from someone, and I didn’t want them to go bad. I found this great Baked Applesauce recipe which had excellent reviews. The original recipe was for 2 servings, but you can just change the number on the Allrecipes site and it will recalculate the amounts. This ended up being so easy and delicious and it doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. It is also good on pancakes, waffles, and oatmeal. It will make your whole house smell wonderful!
